1972: Seven brothers’ ONE team

A unique team composed by seven brothers, all players of Panathinaicos Athens played a friendly game against the newly formed team of AEK, Athens in 1972. The brothers Kasidocostas, well known sport family of Vouliagmeni, won the match with 7-2 at the full of spectators pool of Zappeion, Athens. Standing L-R: Lakis, Nikos (father), Dimitris, Stamatina (mother), Giorgos, Giorgos-Boulis. Kneeling L-R: Grigoris, Costas, Yiannis and Pandelis. Grigoris Kasidocostas is currently the Mayor of Vouliagmeni, Athens.
