1980: Micha Kanitz is coming back

In 1978 Micha Kanitz finished his Carrier as coach of the National team and came back to action defending the cage of "Givat Haim". Together with his son Eyal Kanitz, one of the best Israel players of the 80's, they won the National Championship and Cup of Israel in 1980. At the time it was still quite hard to score against the 45 years old....legendary goalie Micha Kanitz.

1973: The National team of Israel

Micha (Michael) Kanitz has been elected as an All American showing his great talent not only as as goalie but as a powerful center-forward as well.

1960: Greece visiting Israel

Extract of an Israeli newspaper of 1960; It says: "Greece in Israel for the International Swimming and Water Polo competition. The Greek delegation consisting of 25 swimmers and Water Polo players, will travel to Haifa, Israel with the ship "ADRIAS". The competition will take place at "Galei Gil" pool in Ramat-Gan, 6-7 august 1960."
